Work

I have been so busy lately, in fact I am still busy & no sign of my maid as yet. She came in to Malaysia on a tourist visa for a month trial - unfortunately with a fake passport. On 25Jan she went back to Indon to regularise her documentation, it has been almost 3 weeks now & I am kind of punctured. I have to do washing (white school uniforms need to be handwash otherwise the stains are there to stay!), cleaning the hse (imagine what 4 kids can do), cooking (my mother in law will help on the days yang i tak sempat), help my kids with their homework, ironing and all the normal house chores la......

In the office, my work is ever so demanding within this period as it is time for audit & preparation of statutory account. Tax package need to be completed and there are endless report to analyse & prepare. Datelines after datelines. I have to come to work on Sat, Sun & even public holiday. I was infact in the office up until 10pm on 1st Feb ie hari wilayah.......

Apart being flat, tired, pancit, penat I have been very short tempered as well. I guess it all come in one package. I got angry when my hubby did not pick up the phone when I call him to pick me up (he was on his bike at that time), when he forgot to put away the screw driver after he fix the shoe rack, when my kids wanted less toothpaste on their toothbrush, when my kids wanted air kosong instead of air sirap that I have poured, when they request for me to 'tocang' their hair instead of the usual ponytail...........sometimes I am angry at myself for being angry.

Superwoman I'm not, but I tried my best and still am.
